2. Fuel Supply

  • The cost of fuel is not included in the rental fee.
  • The renter is responsible for:
    • Providing sufficient and appropriate fuel for the generator’s operation.
    • Ensuring fuel quality to prevent damage to the generator.
  • Fuel-Related Damage:
    • Any damage resulting from running the generator with insufficient or contaminated fuel will be the renter’s responsibility, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.

3. Maintenance and Repairs

  • The company covers routine maintenance and minor repairs during the rental period.
  • Renter’s Responsibility:
    • Any damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow the operating instructions will be repaired at the renter’s expense.
    • The generator must be returned in good working condition.

4. Delivery and Setup

  • Delivery:
    • Delivery to the specified location is available and may incur additional charges based on distance.
  • Installation:
    • Professional installation and setup services can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

5. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
  • The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the generator in good working condition, minus any applicable charges for:
    • Excess usage.
    • Damages or repairs.
    • Other contract violations.

6. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.
  • Extensions:
    • Rental extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to approval and additional charges.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • The renter is responsible for insuring the generator against risks such as theft, fire, or damage during the rental period.
  • Theft or Irreparable Damage:
    • In case of theft or total loss, the renter will be charged the replacement cost of the generator.

8. Compliance with Operating Guidelines

  • The renter must operate the generator according to the provided instructions.
  • Prohibited Actions:
    • Overloading the generator.
    • Tampering with safety mechanisms.
    • Using the generator for unintended purposes.
  • Failure to comply may result in:
    • Additional charges.
    • Termination of the rental agreement.

9. Agreement Termination

  • By the Company:
    • The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the renter breaches the terms and conditions.
  • By the Renter:
    • The renter may terminate the agreement with advance notice as specified in the contract.
    • Early termination may be subject to cancellation fees.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable legal authorities.
